Several journalists accompanied the Australian Development Investments Investment Committee on a site visit to Lippo Mall in Cikarang, West Java on June 2, 2025.

The Lippo Mall solar roof was installed by Hijau, one of the Indonesian renewable energy businesses that has been supported through Australian Development Investments’ fund-of-funds model.

The Jakarta Globe quoted ADI Investment Committee member Jeremy Cleaver, who explained ADI’s funding model during the site visit.

Mr Cleaver told the journalists that ADI put some of its money into SEACEF II, short for South East Asia Clean Energy Fund II.

SEACEF II is a blended investment fund run by Singapore-based fund manager Clime Capital and invests in businesses such as Hijau that back the region’s low-carbon transition.
